Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the Personalize Design app, storefront widgets, generated outputs, APIs, and related services. It supplements our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to follow this policy and all applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party provider terms.

You may not use the service to create, upload, process, store, or distribute:

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading material, including scams, impersonation, or forged endorsements.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, extremist content, or material that targets protected classes.
• Sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, or exploitative content of any kind.
• Graphic violence, self-harm content, or content intended to shock, intimidate, or glorify harm.
• Malware, malicious scripts, prompt injection attempts, credential theft content, or tools designed to disrupt systems.
• Personal data, private images, or identifying information of another person without a valid legal basis and consent where required.
• Content that violates Shopify, Printify, fal.ai, payment processor, or applicable marketplace rules.

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to support unlawful conduct.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or other merchants' environments.
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the service, including abusive automation or traffic spikes.
• Bypass generation limits, billing controls, safety filters, account restrictions, or usage caps.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or republish the service except as expressly permitted by law.
• Resell, white-label, sublicense, or expose our generation infrastructure as a standalone service without written permission.
• Use the service to train competing models or build derivative AI tooling from our software, prompts, or proprietary workflows.

When using AI-generated image features, you must:

• Use only prompts, source images, and references that you are authorized to use.
• Obtain consent before uploading or generating realistic depictions of identifiable individuals.
• Review outputs before they are offered for sale, published, or sent for fulfillment.
• Make sure generated outputs are accurate for the intended product and do not violate the rights of artists, brands, or creators.
• Clearly avoid deceptive deepfakes, false endorsements, or content that could mislead consumers.

We may use automated checks, manual review, abuse reports, and third-party provider signals to enforce this policy.

We may remove content, block generation requests, disable specific features, suspend access, cancel fulfillment, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, security, reputational, or financial risk.

We may preserve logs and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, platform partners, or rights holders where required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse.
