Copyright Policy

This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property is handled when you use Personalize Design. You are responsible for making sure all prompts, uploaded assets, product references, and resulting designs used in your business are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, subject to any rights already held by third parties. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, transform, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

As between you and Personalize Design, we do not claim ownership in outputs generated specifically for your store through the service. However, AI-generated outputs may still raise copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or platform compliance issues. You must review outputs before commercial use and determine whether additional rights clearance is required.

The Personalize Design service itself, including our software, workflows, prompts, documentation, branding, interface design, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

You may not upload, generate, sell, or distribute content that infringes or misappropriates the rights of others. This includes:

• Copyrighted artwork, photos, graphics, or designs without authorization.
• Trademarked logos, brand names, trade dress, or confusingly similar brand assets.
• Fictional characters, styles, or recognizable franchises used in a way that violates applicable rights.
• Portraits, likenesses, or voices of identifiable people without permission where required.

If you believe content processed through the service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] that includes:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL, order, asset, or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, company name (if applicable), and contact information.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the challenged use is not authorized.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

We may request additional information before acting on a notice. We may remove or restrict access to affected content while investigating.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content, ignore takedown requests, or create material that exposes us, our partners, or merchants to ongoing intellectual property risk.
